I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and that life doesn't always go according to plan. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact me 24 hours before. Regrettably, if any changes are made after this period or if you miss the appointment without notice, the booking amount will be charged, and there will be no refund option. I genuinely appreciate your understanding and am dedicated to approaching each situation with empathy and kindness. Your time is precious to me, and I sincerely appreciate your consideration of mine.
